How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Marriageinitiative Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Marriageinitiative Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Marriageinitiative Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@marriageinitiative.rest and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
